ANF members work on King Island, Flinders Island, Cape Barren Island and Bruny Island, at Queenstown, Zeehan, St Helens, Dover, Bicheno, Strahan, Triabunna, Campbell Town, Oatlands, Smithton, Nubeena and Ouse to name but a few remote/rural areas. 

The Rural/Remote Special Interest Group is a network for nurses who have similar interests.  ANF facilitates teleconferences and conferences with rural nurses to discuss issues affecting rural nurses.
